Clinical record for the office
Signatio keeps the medical record, the day's schedule and the visit charge in one place. The physician writes and signs the note. The secretary schedules the appointment and records the payment, without access to the history, the diagnosis or the prescription.
Access is with the office email. The first sign-in asks for a second factor. After that, the day's schedule opens.

Day schedule
The schedule lists the patient, the time and whether the visit has been paid. It is the same list that opens after sign-in.
Medical record
From the appointment the chart opens, with the note from the previous visit.
Visit charge
The payment is recorded in the cash ledger, in bolívares, dollars or Pago Móvil. The amount does not enter the clinical note.
